HOW DOES IT WORK?

One of the reasons mindfulness has become so popular in recent years is the amount of robust scientific evidence showing how it impacts the brain.  It's quite simple - when the body is stressed, the brain is stressed.  A stressed brain operates from a survival position which generates fear-based, limited, emotional thinking.  A relaxed brain operates from a place of logic, creativity, curiosity and unlimited beliefs.
